Sound familiar?

Bordereaux are due every month. The source documents don't get simpler.

The first week of every month goes on keying policies and endorsements into a spreadsheet.

When the carrier queries a figure, someone digs back through the schedules to find where it came from.

Mid-term changes are the ones that slip through. The endorsement says one thing, the bordereau another.

After the deal, the new owners want reporting too. In their format, on their timetable.

Month-end

Risk and premium bordereaux built and checked by hand, for every binder.

Carrier queries and audits

Every figure has to be traced back to a document, often months later.

Year-end binder renewals

Renewals, audits and 2027 planning land in the same few weeks.

New owners or capacity

Another bordereau, another template, and reporting that has to reconcile from day one.

How it works

Parsewise prepares the bordereau. Your team signs it off.

  1. 1

    Send the month's documents

Policies, schedules and endorsements as they arrive: PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets or scans.

  2. 2

    Parsewise builds the bordereau

In your carrier's template. Every figure is linked to the page it came from. Missing fields, mid-term changes and figures that don't reconcile are flagged.

  3. 3

    Your team reviews and sends

Check the flags, correct anything, approve. Nothing goes to the carrier without a person.

Set up with your team: your binders, your carrier templates, your checks. Tested on your real documents first.

Questions

Before you send anything

How is our data kept secure?

Parsewise is SOC 2 Type II audited (report available under NDA) · UK & EU GDPR. Documents are hosted and processed in Europe, including model inference, and your data is never used to train models. We sign an NDA before you send anything.

Can we redact the documents?

Yes. Remove or replace insured names, addresses, contact details and anything else you'd rather not share. Keep the figures, dates and policy wording, since those are what the bordereau is built from.

What should we send?

The source documents behind one month of one bordereau: policy schedules, endorsements and any mid-term changes. PDFs, Word, Excel and scans all work. If you can, include your carrier's bordereau template and the version your team produced, so you can compare like for like.

What happens after the 48 hours?

We walk through the output with you in a 20-minute call. If it holds up, the next step is a paid one-year pilot on live work, priced on your volume. If it doesn't, you walk away and owe nothing.

We delete your documents within 7 days after the end of the pilot.

What does the test run cost?

Nothing. The test run is free and there's no commitment.

Is Parsewise an insurer or a broker?

Neither. Parsewise isn't an insurer. We build tools for insurance professionals, and your team makes every decision.
