For insurance brokers

More time for clients, less time assembling cases.

Parsewise prepares submissions, compares quotes against the client brief and checks issued policies against what was placed. Every figure is cited to the page it came from, so your brokers check instead of re-key.

Sound familiar?

Every placement is hours of admin before any advice.

Client details arrive across emails, proposal forms, schedules and loss runs, and someone keys them into the submission.

Every insurer sets out its quote differently, so comparing them means copying each one into a spreadsheet.

The chosen terms get re-keyed into the proposal, then traced through the issued policy by hand.

A limit that changed between agreed and issued turns up at claim time, as an E&O problem.

Bringing new books in

Every acquired book comes with its own slips, schedules and wordings, and someone has to get them into your systems.

Growth without more headcount

More clients and more renewals per account handler, without the admin growing with them.

Renewal season

Q4 is when renewals peak, and when the most time goes on re-keying submissions and schedules.

How it works

Parsewise prepares the work. Your brokers decide.

  1. 1

    Drop in the placement file

Emails, proposal forms, schedules, loss runs, quotes and policies: PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets or scans.

  2. 2

    Parsewise prepares and checks

It builds the submission, lines up the quotes against the brief, or checks the issued policy against the agreed terms. Gaps and differences are flagged, each linked to its page.

  3. 3

    Your broker reviews and sends

Check the evidence, correct anything, approve. Nothing goes to a client or insurer without a person.

Set up with your team: your templates, your rules and checks. Tested on your real cases first.

Questions

Before you send anything

How is our clients' data kept secure?

Parsewise is SOC 2 Type II audited (report available under NDA) · UK & EU GDPR. Documents are hosted and processed in Europe, including model inference, and your data is never used to train models. We sign an NDA before you send anything.

Can we redact the documents?

Yes. Remove or replace client names, addresses, contact details and anything else you'd rather not share. Keep the limits, excesses, premiums, dates and wording, since those are what we compare and check.

What should we send?

For a quote comparison: the client brief or submission and the quotes you received. For a policy check: the agreed terms (binder, slip or quote you accepted) and the issued policy. PDFs, Word, Excel and scans all work.

What happens after the 48 hours?

We walk through the output with you in a 20-minute call. If it holds up, the next step is a paid one-year pilot on live work, priced on your volume. If it doesn't, you walk away and owe nothing.

We delete your documents within 7 days after the end of the pilot.

What does the test run cost?

Nothing. The test run is free and there's no commitment.

Is Parsewise an insurer or a broker?

Neither. Parsewise isn't an insurer. We build tools for insurance professionals, and your brokers make every decision.
