How usage works

What counts as a workflow run?

One run completes one task on a case and its documents, for example comparing quotes or checking a policy.

How Analytics credits work

Credits are calculated from the number of pages and extraction complexity (low, medium or high), shown in the agent configurator. We notify you at 80% of your annual allowance. Additional usage is billed automatically; unused credits do not roll over.
