We set up the analysis around your questions.

We work with your team to configure extraction agents and dashboards around the records you have and the questions you need to answer.

Bring the records together

Connect the relevant portfolio documents and previous Workflows case data. Agree which information needs to be extracted and compared.

Configure and evaluate

Our team helps configure the extraction agents and dashboards. Evaluate the results against your own data and review requirements.

Investigate the findings

Use the aggregate view to find priorities, then inspect the source records. Review discrepancies and recommendations before taking action.

Implementation and ongoing support

Four ways teams
use Analytics.

Start with portfolio due diligence and claims prioritisation. Extend the same connected records to reconciliation and underwriting analysis.

Bring the evidence together for diligence.

Standardise fragmented loss runs, bordereaux and policy documents. Reconcile figures across records and investigate anomalies or missing information before drawing conclusions about the portfolio.

Which figures need reconciliation before we assess this portfolio?

For reinsurers

Find the claims that need expert attention.

Analyse large claims datasets, reconcile paid, incurred and reserved figures, and identify cases that need specialist review. Your claims lead checks the evidence and decides how to route them.

Which cases should a specialist review first?

For carriers

Reconcile commissions across your book.

Compare expected commission with carrier statements and payments. Investigate differences with the supporting agreements and records, then prepare follow-ups for review.

Which balances need follow-up, and what explains the difference?

For brokers

See where submissions need closer review.

Examine recent submissions for recurring information gaps and exceptions to underwriting guidelines. Use the findings to focus the team and investigate the underlying cases.

Compre

Portfolio acquisition diligence and claims reconciliation

Making fragmented portfolio data usable.

Compre uses Parsewise to standardise loss runs, bordereaux and policy documents for portfolio acquisition diligence and claims reconciliation. Anomalies and missing information are flagged for review.

Workflows for one case,
Analytics for the whole book.

Workflows prepares work for an individual case, with a hard maximum of 500 pages per run. Analytics analyses larger datasets, including thousands of claims, and can use data from previous Workflows cases.

Navi is the assistant across both. Your team can work on the case and examine its place in the wider portfolio.

Compare plans

Credits reflect the pages and extraction complexity.

Analytics uses credits based on the number of pages and the complexity of the information being extracted. Each extraction agent has a low, medium or high complexity setting, shown in the configurator.

Business and Enterprise include an annual credit allowance. We warn you at 80% of your annual allowance. Usage beyond the allowance is billed automatically as overage. Unused credits do not roll over.

We discuss your datasets and expected usage when scoping the plan. Workflows uses separate per-seat pricing with unlimited runs.

European hosting and model inference are standard. Business and Enterprise include MFA and SSO; Enterprise offers an optional virtual private cloud deployment.
